## Overview

Loop runs returns and exchanges from a self-serve portal. It nudges shoppers toward exchanges with Shop Now, instant exchanges and bonus credit, and uses workflows, rules and blocklists against return fraud [1]. It also offers order tracking, at-home pickup and Loop POS for in-store returns [1][2].

Loop has been on the Shopify App Store since May 2021 and works with Shopify Flow, Shopify POS, Klaviyo, Gorgias and NetSuite [1].
