## Data

ReturnGO announced SOC 2 Type II compliance in April 2024 [3]. It says it does not store customer data directly, pulls what it needs from your store, and encrypts data in transit and at rest [6]. You can download RMA, credit and transaction reports as CSV files, and a REST API is available [4][5]. All account data, including RMAs, is deleted 48 hours after you uninstall, so export before you leave [6].
