Post-Purchase costs $34.99 a month for the first 500 orders, then $0.05 per order, capped at $999.993. That works out to $109.99 at 2,000 orders and $509.99 at 10,000. Pre-Purchase starts at $59.99 plus $0.03 per order, and Complete at $79.99 plus $0.073. Stores with 1,000 or more orders a month can join Earn & Save, which takes what Rokt Thanks earns off the Aftersell bill3.

Aftersell keeps only limited identifiers, such as checkout tokens and customer IDs; Shopify stays the main customer record5. The Order Browser exports order data to CSV4.
