Your data
You can export reviews, Q&A, customer profiles and loyalty data from Settings > Import/Export; files are emailed to the addresses you set3. Okendo hosts data on AWS in the United States, encrypts it at rest and in transit, and runs a third-party penetration test at least once a year4. Its security page says the program follows SOC 2 criteria but names no SOC 2 Type II report4.
